FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Fridges, freezers, TVs, Radios, Phones, washing machines, cookers, microwaves, water dispensers, generators and inverters. Brands like Samsung, LG, Hisense, Von, Ramtons, Bruhm and Sayona are common in Ugandan homes, and I work on those.
I check the appliance and find the fault first. Then I clean it, check the key parts, do the repair and give you simple advice on how to care for it. I bring my basic tools if needed although most repairs are done from my workshop. Any spare part needed is discussed with you before I buy or fit it.
We agree on the price before any work begins, so there are no surprises. If a part is needed, I tell you the cost first and you decide.
Yes. I check appliances that stopped working after a power cut or a surge, and I look at inverters and generators used when UMEME goes off. I can also advise on protecting your fridge and TV from Yaka power swings.
I am based in Jinja and I serve homes and businesses around Jinja and nearby areas. For other places, we talk first and agree on how to reach you.
