FAQs 

Q1: How do I reset my password?
A1: Navigate to Settings > Change Password, enter your current password and choose a new one. If you’ve forgotten your current password, click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the email instructions.

Q2: How do I verify my email address?
A2: After registration, we send a verification code to your email. Enter the code on the Email Verification screen. Didn’t receive it? Go to Settings > Resend Verification Email.

Q3: Can I change my username?
A3: Usernames can be changed once every 30 days. Go to Settings > Profile and edit the “Username” field.

Q4: What do I do if I see unexpected activity?
A4: Immediately change your password under Settings > Change Password and contact our support team via the “Contact Us” section below.


Manage Your Account {#manage-your-account}

Updating Profile Information {#updating-profile-information}

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Tap your avatar or go to Settings > Profile.

  3. Update fields such as Name, City, Profile Picture, Bio, etc.

  4. Tap Save to apply changes.

Changing Password {#changing-password}

  1. Go to Settings > Change Password.

  2. Enter your Current Password, then New Password twice.

  3. Tap Update Password.

Notification Settings {#notification-settings}

  1. Visit Settings > Notifications.

  2. Toggle on/off various push or email notifications:

    • Trending gigs of the day

    • Messages and chat notifications

    • Account activity alerts

  3. Your preferences are saved automatically.

Deleting Your Account 

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data (profile, proposals, reviews) will be removed and cannot be recovered.

  1. Log in and navigate to Settings > Account.

  2. Scroll down to Delete Account.

  3. Tap Delete Account, and you’ll be prompted to confirm with your password.

  4. Enter your Reason and confirm.

  5. Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
